CAP Concrete Coatings started over 3 years ago after a long search for different opportunities to develop a business.Chris Spafford was determined to take his experiences and life lessons from the Navy to better serve his community in the Pacific Northwest.Upon learning about Penntek Industrial Coatings, he knew that this was the company to be associated with! CAP Concrete Coatings and Penntek Coatings have the same goals of serving the community with premium polyurea coatings that are second to none!

We are a family run business serving the communities of Portland Metro, SW Washington and Medford. Our certified installation specialists undergo a comprehensive training program to provide our customers with the highest standard of service.
