Absolutely! Safety is an amazing feature built right into the design of our floors. The decorative flakes create an orange peel texture that provides slip resistance. This texture meets and exceeds OSHA regulations. However, certain areas such as pool surrounds, steps, and other hazard prone spaces may require additional slip protection. We can help with that too! If slipping is a particular concern in an area, we will add traction to get the right protection you need without compromising the appearance.

We offer Penntek’s lifetime residential warranty against chipping, peeling and delamination and a lifetime warranty for UV protection against yellowing and fading. We use heavy planetary diamond tooling connected to HEPA filtered vacuums to profile the surface of the concrete before applying our coating. This grinding process is important because it increases the surface area, opens up the pores of the concrete and allows the concrete coating to soak in and form a chemical bond to the concrete.
There is very little off-gassing during the curing process because we use premium products with the highest solids content. Our basecoat is 100% solids and our topcoat is 93% solids! You can expect a mild fruity odor to last a day or so depending upon your space's ability to be ventilated.
